The procurement rounds running across the library's jurisdictions: tenders, auctions, requests for proposals and bid windows put out by governments, regulators, system operators, single buyers and state utilities, plus the private offtaker rounds large enough to set a market price. Each round says what is being procured, on what terms, who may bid, why it matters for the market, and where the documents are — and every one links the official notice it was written from. This page is refreshed twice a month, on the first and third Sunday, and a bid window can close between refreshes: confirm the deadline on the official notice before you rely on it.

Read this before you plan around a dateDeadlines here are copied from the issuer's own notice on the day shown as "checked", and nothing else. Because the page refreshes only twice a month, a round can close, be extended or be cancelled in between — so a round marked Closed below is one whose published deadline has already passed, and even an Open one must be confirmed on the official notice before you rely on it. Status is worked out from today's date every time this page loads, never stored in the record.
